You need email that goes where you go, in the office or on the road.  Our Business DSL includes Web Hosting for your companies web site and if you need a domain name, you can Regiser your name right from our web site.

SDSL (Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line) is a DSL Internet broadband service using Synchronous Communications in which transmissions are sent at a fixed rate, with the sending and receiving devices transmitting at the same rate.There is no voice capabilty on a SDSL line so there is no conflict with analog voice frequencies and provides a much cleaner reliable connection. Compare this to ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) which is called "asymmetric" because most of its two-way or duplex bandwidth is devoted to the downstream direction, sending data to the user. Only a small portion of bandwidth is available for upstream or user-interaction messages.A ADSL line is shared with voice transmissions and must have a filter or spliter device to separate the voice from the data. ADSL is best suited for Residential use.

Service Level Agreement

• If the DSL service is down for one hour or more in any calendar day, a one-day credit will be given on the next month's bill, up to two-month total credit per year. When using the Managed Service option, the same credit will apply in the case of a router failure. The credit must be requested.

Web Hosting

• Included is our Standard Web Hosting Plan. You may upgrade to the Professional or Enterprise plan at any time without any setup fee and receive a monthly credit equal to the Standard Web hosting plan. 

Email

• Five POP3 email addresses.
• Web access to email using your browser is included.

• Tthe WebMail box is limited to 50 MB per E-Mail account.

Domain Name Services

• Host your business domain name (e.g. company.com )
• Hosted for email (mx records) and Web (www.company.com)
• Both Primary and Secondary service is provided
• Domain Name Service Management included
